Unser erstes Symposium "Neue Arbeitswelten" an der ETH Zürich hat mit 130 Teilnehmern grossen Anklang gefunden. Daher freuen wir uns den Termin für das nächste Symposium rund um die Themen Arbeitswelten, Architektur, Kunst, Forschung, Innovation und Kommunikation bekannt geben zu können: am 7. März 2013
Ganz besonders ist diesmal der Veranstaltungsort: Das Symposium wird direkt auf dem Novartis Campus in Basel stattfinden und Führungen beinhalten.

Cornelius Niemeyer works as a scientific collaborator at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich (ETH Zürich). He belongs to the research group of Prof. Dr. Roman Boutellier, who chairs the fields of Technology and Innovation Management at the Department «Management, Technology, and Economics» (D-MTEC).
Born on June 6, 1983, Cornelius Niemeyer grew up in Riesenbeck, Germany. After finishing high school he went to Zurich for his studies in Mechanical Engineering with specializations in robotics and computational science. During his studies he was actively involved in student representation and worked as vice-president on the board of the local as well as the national student association, lobbying for students interests and managing several projects. After an exchange year at EPFL in Lausanne he gained further international experience working at The Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University in the USA and at a medical engineering company in Budapest, Hungary.
His research activities are in the field of risk management, focussing on risk management in higher education and research organizations. Cornelius Niemeyer is part of the Risk Management Team offering workshops to implement along with companies an easy to use risk management.
